The letter below was written in the PGGP editor. This is not a canned report. You can compose as many letters as you like, as you would with a word processor, to fit your needs. Buttons in the editor produce merge fields such as the student's name (Randy), parent's name (Mrs. Thompson), Grades and Assignments, behavior and a standards report. When letters print, the information is automatically formatted into the letter. The letters are gender specific.  This letter is clipped, but could run over several pages if necessary.
