Broken Website

I’ve been fiddling with websites for almost 25 years. You would think I would be further along. I maintain websites for two churches in our parish, and I do them my hand. I write the code––because I can. Notice I didn’t say I was overly talented. I created this website using WordPress, and WordPress has the majority share of websites worldwide. It is supposed to make things easier.

On the last day of 2020, I got the bright idea of trying another theme.

Everything went wonky, and when I returned to my original them, it was wonky. I’m not blaming anyone, but after nine hours, I got it back––sorta. So, I started the new year by fixing the part that irritated me the most.
Moral, don’t mess with what is working. After 20+ years, I should know that. You would think I would be further along.
